Job summary

XMCBPO in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Sales Executive to generate new leads and develop corporate accounts for IT hardware and BPO services. You will identify client requirements, deliver product and service presentations, and prepare quotations and proposals to move opportunities forward.

You will work to build long-term client relationships, coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Previous sales or business development experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
• Develop new corporate accounts and schedule client meetings.
• Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; assist in closing sales.
