Job summary

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to drive growth in IT outsourcing, managed services, cybersecurity, and network solutions. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead negotiations with key stakeholders.

You bring 5+ years in IT business development or enterprise sales, a strong client network, and proven ability to engage C-level executives. A Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing or business is preferred.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management within the IT industry.
Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
Experience selling IT Outsourcing, Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Network Solutions.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
With at least 5 years above experience in IT Managed Services.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT and technology services.
Build and manage strategic relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Generate sales pipelines and achieve revenue growth targets.
Present IT outsourcing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and network solutions to prospective clients.
Develop and execute business development and market expansion strategies.
Lead contract negotiations, proposal preparation, and solution presentations.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create client-focused solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
