Philteq Enterprise Incorporated is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive the General Sales Group. You will lead a team with strong Retail and Enterprise IT channel relationships and oversee sales strategy, market development, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes mentoring, performance monitoring, and building market mindshare while coordinating with product management and marketing to execute launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationships with Retail & Enterprise IT channels.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel from time to time to meet clients.
