Job summary

Trainocate Philippines is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive IT solutions sales in the Philippines. The role focuses on prospecting new clients via email, SMS, and calls, while building long-term partnerships and managing the sales team.

You will engage with decision-makers, maintain strong client relationships, and provide weekly status updates to the Country Manager for Cloud and Non-Cloud initiatives. Strong leadership and industry knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years in IT sales, preferably IT training, cloud, cybersecurity, or related IT solutions.
• Experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise tech trends including cloud, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate organizations.
• Strong leadership with mentoring or managing sales teams.
• Results-driven with ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients via email, SMS and calls as needed
• Setting Background
• Product and Services Knowledge
• Gather information for qualifying opportunities
• Set meeting with Decision Makers
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to support long-term partnerships and repeat business
• Provide status update on a weekly basis to reporting manager – will be directly reporting to the Country Manager – Cloud & Non-Cloud
• Other administrative work – set up materials, activations and event preparation as needed
• Lead and manage the growth of the sales team members
