• Provide functional support during implementation, go-live, and post-production activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Analyze and improve business processes to drive operational efficiency and support business transformation initiatives.
• Ensure all requirements, solutions, and deliverables are aligned with business goals, compliance standards, and best practices.
