Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to analyze client requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories and documentation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine business needs and ensure alignment with project goals.

The role requires experience in agile settings, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Banking/Finance or Merchant/Payment domains. You will work closely with the delivery team to bridge business and technical perspectives.

Qualifications

Must have experience defining documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects.
Experience analyzing requirements with use cases, scenarios and data flow diagrams.
Comfortable working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Banking/Finance or Merchant/Payment domain experience is required.

Responsibilities

Review client and business nature with project requirements and suggest efficient methods.
Develop standards and procedures and train stakeholders as needed.
Review data collected and present Software Requirements Specifications and Change Requests.
Bridge gaps between technical and business perspectives for client and company.
Complete RFPs with internal stakeholders.
Conduct proofs of concept and demonstrations for stakeholders.
Perform BA compliance checks and obtain SRS sign-off.
Support post-go-live audits and customer acceptance.
Coordinate with Project Manager and Delivery Team.
