Job summary

Golden Legacy Financing Corporation in Manila is seeking a strategic Business Analyst to drive process analysis, system design, and project delivery within banking and financial services. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with MIS and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

You will lead requirements gathering, UAT, documentation, and training, act as Product Owner in Agile teams, and champion continuous improvements across departments, leveraging Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in financial services.
• Strong skills in project management, process mapping, and business case development.
• Familiarity with loan processing, accounting concepts, and system configuration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT, and stakeholder engagement.
