Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years in IT application development or enhancement projects. The role focuses on requirements gathering, process analysis, FRD/documentation, and UAT facilitation with cross-functional teams.

You will liaise between Business Units, Product Owners, Designers, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years in business analysis within application development or enhancement projects.
• Experience gathering requirements and analyzing business processes.
• Proficiency in documenting FRDs and functional requirements for stakeholders.
• Experience creating user stories and system documentation for business and technical teams.
• Hands-on UAT participation including test planning, scripting, and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for application development and enhancements.
• Create and maintain user stories, FRDs, and process flows for stakeholders.
• Prepare test plans and scripts; coordinate and execute UAT.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in application development or enhancement projects.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional requirements documentation.

• Proficient in creating User Stories, Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), process flows, and other system documentation for both business and technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test script preparation, coordination, and execution.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience acting as a liaison between Business Units, Product Owners, Designers, and technical teams.
