Key responsibilities

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.

Experience working within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.

Strong understanding of banking products such as savings, lending, payments, cards, treasury, wealth management, or regulatory reporting.

Finance domain knowledge, including financial reporting, accounting processes, risk, or regulatory requirements.

Hands-on SQL proficiency with the ability to write queries, analyze datasets, and perform data validation.

Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
