Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to act as HR’s frontline representative, coordinating with HR specialists and business units to address priorities and deliver seamless service.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, provide HR policy guidance, support administrative functions, budgeting, procurement, and serve as the point person for operational concerns.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience is required.
• Ability to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Experience in HR facets such as resourcing, L&D, total rewards, employee relations and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate HR requirements and coordinate with HR specialists.
• Maintain regular contact with team heads and client managers to relay priorities and issues.
• Support office operations and administrative budgets, including petty cash and procurement.
• Act as point person on operational concerns and issues.
