Job summary

TL Sales and Management Services Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to join our growing HR team in the Philippines.

You will support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, training, and policy implementation in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of generalist HR experience, strong knowledge of PH labor laws, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or HR specialist role.
• Experience handling multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower coordination, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel files while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards.
• Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, counseling, and administrative investigations while ensuring due process.
• Coordinate and support performance management activities, including probationary evaluations, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Organize training, learning, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership competencies.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics related to recruitment, manpower, employee movement, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Partner with department heads to address manpower requirements and provide HR guidance on employee-related matters.
• Support HR compliance initiatives, audits, and documentation requirements.
