Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal communications across newsletters, campaigns, and site-wide messages.
• Manage content on Viva Engage and SharePoint to drive engagement.
• Partner with HR, marketing, leadership, and design teams.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to identify gaps and improvements.
• Maintain brand voice, messaging standards, and tone across channels.
• Manage communication calendars and delivery timelines.
