The role focuses on storytelling, project management, and ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns, newsletters, and site-wide communications in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, business communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing content and engagement on Viva Engage and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to improve communication effectiveness.
• Proven excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute internal communications, including newsletters, campaigns, announcements, and site-wide communications.
• Manage and curate content on internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage and SharePoint to drive employee engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with HR, marketing, leadership, and design teams to ensure communications align with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Analyze communication metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations and communication solutions based on data insights.
• Manage communication calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain brand consistency, messaging standards, and tone across communication channels.
• Create and support scalable communication frameworks, templates, and best practices.
• Build solid relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted communication partner.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, etc.
