Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, business communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing content and engagement on Viva Engage and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to improve communication effectiveness.
• Proven excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute internal communications, including newsletters, campaigns, announcements, and site-wide communications.
• Manage and curate content on internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage and SharePoint to drive employee engagement and knowledge sharing.

• Analyze communication metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations and communication solutions based on data insights.

• Maintain brand consistency, messaging standards, and tone across communication channels.
• Create and support scalable communication frameworks, templates, and best practices.
• Build solid relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted communication partner.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to execute communication strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels. This role combines strategic thinking, content creation, data analysis, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful internal communications across a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller, an organized project manager, and a collaborative partner who can translate complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute internal communications, including newsletters, campaigns, announcements, and site-wide communications
• Manage and curate content on internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage and SharePoint to drive employee engagement and knowledge sharing
• Partner with HR, marketing, leadership, and design teams to ensure communications align with business goals and strategic priorities
• Analyze communication metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
