Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Communications & Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media or Public Relations.
• 3-4 years of experience in communication roles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging content for multiple platforms (employee comms, press releases, newsletters, speeches, marketing materials).
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments to disseminate internal communications promptly.
• Ensure communications reach the right audience on the right platform.
• Develop communication plans for internal initiatives, events, and announcements.
• Coordinate with Regional Communications Specialist for regional activities.
• Keep sharepoints/Google folders updated with new information.
• Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders on requests.
• Collaborate with EX team on internal/external initiatives and events.
• Organize project tracker to execute communication projects efficiently.
• Coordinate with branding teams to produce promotional materials.
• Conduct surveys to evaluate communication effectiveness.
• Help enhance employer branding and brand identity.
• Maintain consistency across all communication channels, including crisis comms.
• Monitor industry trends with Social Media Specialist to inform strategies.
• Assist in crisis communication planning and management.
• Prepare media statements during crises in coordination with Global Marketing.
• Build and maintain media relationships for positive coverage.
