Responsibilities

Conduct market and permit research across regions, flag new construction starts and security-relevant milestones.
Build complete prospect profiles with decision-makers, contact details, LinkedIn, and pain points.
Research enterprise target accounts for org charts, buying committees, and vendor timelines.
Track construction databases for active projects in target verticals/geographies.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, summarize news, extract contacts, and identify buying signals.
