Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is seeking a Market Intelligence & Data Analyst Specialist to drive market insights, lead qualification and CRM data integrity in support of sales growth. The role blends data analytics, AI-enabled research and dashboards to empower the Commercial teams with timely, trusted information.

Responsibilities include market sizing, pipeline analysis, lead enrichment, and Salesforce dashboard development, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in market intelligence, sales support, pre-sales, commercial operations or data analysis/business intelligence.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI (including Power Automate); experience designing and developing dashboards, data visualizations and business reporting solutions is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce CRM and digital systems including supporting reporting, dashboard creation and data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the curiosity and discipline to investigate details, validate information and draw reliable conclusions.
• Practical experience using AI and generative AI tools to enhance research, data analysis, process efficiency and productivity is highly desirable.
• Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach to evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Professional English proficiency (C2 preferred).
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential business opportunities and growth initiatives by monitoring industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor activity and client information.
• Translate market intelligence into commercial insight, supporting decision-making through market sizing, opportunity assessment and analysis for new service launches, extensions or market entry initiatives.
• Analyze commercial and market data to identify patterns, trends and signals, leveraging appropriate analytical methods, AI-powered technologies, Power BI visualizations and digital tools.
• Review and analyze project, lead and opportunity pipelines to support sales growth planning and identify opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Conduct contact discovery, account mapping and customer profiling across defined sectors, geographies and customer segments, leveraging AI and automation where possible.
• Manage incoming leads and inquiries to ensure timely response, appropriate handling, and clear qualification and routing.
• Qualify leads based on commercial relevance, potential value and strategic alignment, using data analysis and AI-assisted research.
• Enrich leads with relevant customer, market and service context prior to handover to Sales.
• Contribute to high-quality data management in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data across accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, campaigns and activities.
• Support pipeline visibility and reporting for management teams through the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
