Job summary

Future Electronics in Metro Manila is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to be the primary internal sales contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries and driving sales through timely service.

You will work with Outside Sales to develop account plans, proactively call accounts daily to solicit new business, manage RFQs, and coordinate with back-end teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Experience and skills aligned with inside sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through prompt, accurate RFQ responses and quotation follow up (BG quotes).
• Proactively backlog and BIM management with CS/OSR partners.
• Interface between Outside Sales and back-end support to service customer inquiries.
• Develop account plans with Outside Sales to meet targets; attend account reviews.
• Proactively call assigned accounts daily to solicit new business and build relationships.
• Manage customer RFQs via BG quotes using Sales Associates tool; respond to TURNs and BUY quotes.
• Qualify and process BG BID and BUY quotes with timely response to customers.
• Collaborate with Order Entry on customer requirements; data entry for Shortage buys.
• Oversee trade compliance docs (NCNR, waivers) and First Article Approvals.
• Address operational issues on orders; escalate to Outside Sales if unresolved.
• Handle RMA, FA/CAR, QA, credits, and payments follow-up; expedite shipments.
• Process BIM changes after BIM setup; support backup customers when needed.
• Drive month-end shippable PO and review backlog with customer service.
• Manage EDI bomb out, order rejects, and shipment rejections.
