Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Sales/Account Manager to manage local and international customer accounts and drive revenue growth.

You will identify new customers and opportunities, oversee RFQ to order closure, and coordinate with Engineering, Project and Manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Travel regionally as needed and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of sales/account management experience in Automation, Semiconductor or Consumer Electronics.
• Technical knowledge of automation equipment is advantageous.
• Strong customer management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with good project coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage key local and overseas customer accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities to expand market share.
• Manage the sales cycle from RFQ, quotation and presentation through negotiation and order closure.
• Develop sales forecasts, account strategies and business expansion plans.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify upcoming project opportunities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
• Support regional customers and projects, including regional travel.
