Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to support Inside Sales in Manila. You will help drive revenue by building relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and coaching a team to exceed targets. The role combines field collaboration and remote work within a hybrid setup.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in B2B sales leadership, and strong communication. Night shift capability is preferred.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College degree
Preferably with 3 years of B2B sales leadership experience
Strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels
With excellent work ethics and can easily adapt to CI and Agile Culture
Project management skills
With GCRM and SFDC background is preferred
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers
Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities
Creates demand for products by raising their profile with customers
Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
Conducts status and strategy meetings with senior management to align needs with product strategies
Coaches team members on performance and evaluates staff
Defines, develops, and delivers short- and long-term commercial strategies for the region
