ACCIONA is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Makati, Philippines. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for infrastructure-related positions, collaborating with HR and Hiring Managers to align descriptions with candidate searches.

We value individuals who can manage high volumes, leverage job portals and tools, and engage both active and passive candidates. The position is based in Makati as part of ACCIONA’s service division.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proactive and dynamic professional with strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high volume work.
• Experience recruiting/sourcing profiles in infrastructure/construction sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct briefings with business units to understand context and requirements for each position.
• Align job descriptions with HR inputs to tailor candidate search.
• Define sourcing strategy with Recruitment Manager support.
• Analyze talent market and competitors to optimize recruitment approaches.
• Publish job postings on corporate platforms and others to attract active candidates.
• Proactively source and approach passive candidates via direct search.
• Administer and interpret assessments to evaluate competencies.
• Conduct BEI interviews to ensure fit with role and culture.
• Prepare reports for Hiring Managers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Provide updates at each stage and advise during calibration and final decisioning.
• Monitor vacancies and candidate pipelines to ensure successful outcomes.
