Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager to support Facilities Management in the Philippines. The role will act as a strategic partner to leaders, ensuring effective people practices, workforce planning, engagement, and performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include aligning HR with business goals, guiding employee relations and talent development, planning workforce needs, and driving engagement and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or psychology.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with operations in facilities management, engineering, or related services.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and operations leaders to align HR initiatives with objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and culture-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics to support decision making and performance.
