Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Commercial & Contracts Manager in the Philippines for a mega infrastructure project. The role leads commercial and contractual management from award to close-out, protecting the company’s interests and overseeing procurement, claims, variations and risks.

Requirements include 15 years in major civil construction, 5+ years in a similar role, strong FIDIC knowledge, and English proficiency. Joint Venture experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in major civil construction or infrastructure projects
• 5+ years in a commercial or contracts management role
• Experience with FIDIC contracts, construction law, claims management
• English proficiency; international project experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as main commercial and contractual interface with clients, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Lead commercial meetings, negotiations and contract reviews.
• Provide commercial advice to Project Director and management team.
• Lead subcontract procurement and negotiations, ensuring best terms and value.
• Oversee interim payments, valuations and final accounts submissions.
• Develop and implement commercial management procedures.
• Lead and supervise commercial, contracts and procurement teams.
