Job summary

You will conduct commercial and technical negotiations, prepare revenue reports, and build lasting customer relationships while sourcing spare parts and collaborating with Field Service Engineers to support services. Willingness to travel is essential.

• Strong background in industrial selling.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for promoting, marketing and selling the Company’s technical capabilities and solutions, including preventive maintenance, repair and spare parts for equipment and applications.
• Conduct commercial and technical negotiations with customers.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual sales and revenue reports.
• Generate and maintain sales reports and data analysis for Parts, Service, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify long-term business opportunities.
• Source spare parts from principals, suppliers and other appropriate sources as required.
• Develop and grow spare parts sales a key revenue stream.
• Work closely with Field Service Engineers to support technical service activities and ensure effective customer support.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
• Resourceful with the ability to work with people of multi-cultural and cross-function teams.
• Strong background in industrial selling.
