Noventiq Philippines is seeking an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner to advise business leaders and drive end-to-end recruitment and talent strategies in the Philippines. This role blends strategic HR partnership (60%) with hands-on TA responsibilities to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, including Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering
• Strong understanding of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations
• Experience supporting tech, IT services, or professional services organisations
• Data-driven HR reporting and analytics experience
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders across the Philippines
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent strategies for the Philippines
• Manage onboarding, development, mobility, career progression and offboarding
• Coach managers on performance, development, and HR processes
• Analyze HR data to support decision-making and reporting
• Support compensation, benefits, and HR operations in local context
• Drive employee engagement and employer branding initiatives
• Partner with regional HR teams on culture-building and EVP programmes
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
