Job summary

Noventiq Philippines is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while driving end-to-end recruitment and talent strategies across the Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations.
• Experience supporting fast-paced technology, IT services, or professional services organisations is preferred.
• Proven experience managing employee relations and end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in HR reporting and analytics.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders while driving end-to-end recruitment and talent strategies in the Philippines.
• Lead and coordinate performance management cycles and coaching for managers.
• Manage employee relations, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Drive workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Analyse HR data and prepare reports for regional and local stakeholders.
• Support compensation, benefits, and HR operations initiatives.
• Develop and execute employee engagement and EVP initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across the Philippines.
