Job summary

Support Services Group (SSG) seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic and operational partner to site leadership in Pasig, Philippines. You will support business objectives through employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Philippine labor laws in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities include site management, workforce planning, HR program implementation, discipline handling, and DOLE-related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience in a BPO or call center environment.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, case management, and performance management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for assigned site(s), providing day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Finance & Payroll, and IT to support site operations.
• Assist in workforce planning, staffing movements, and site-level HR initiatives.
• Support implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes at the site level.
• Provide HR data, insights, and reports to support site leadership decision-making.
• Support end-to-end performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback and corrective actions; monitor trends and interventions.
• Manage disciplinary cases in compliance with due process; conduct investigations.
• Prepare notices, decision letters, and disciplinary documentation.
• Represent the company in labor-related proceedings and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Support engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and monitor attrition.
• Assist with compensation and benefits inquiries and government-m mandated benefits.
