Responsibilities

• Lead annual/quarterly performance cycles: goal setting, calibrations, reviews, and feedback.
• Support compensation planning with market benchmarking.
• Partner benefits, other salary related requirements; ensure fairness and transparency.
• Manage disciplinary processes and drive engagement initiatives.
• Lead HR budgeting, headcount and program tracking; optimize costs.
• Oversee HR technology platforms (HRIS, rewards tools) and standardize processes across geographies.
