Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking an HR Projects Lead for Corporate & Emerging Markets to drive HR projects across the Corporate and EM agenda, delivering HR technology, talent management, and lifecycle initiatives with cross‑border teams. You'll report to Global Human Resource, work with senior leaders across 40 countries, and ensure governance, reporting, and process discipline.

Candidates should have a postgraduate HR degree, MBA preferred, and 7–8 years of HR strategy and project

Qualifications

• 7-8 years in HR strategy, project management, HR partnering, post-MBA.
• Experience driving projects across multiple stakeholders/geographies.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR projects across Corporate HR and Emerging Markets in ~40 countries.
• Lead HR technology, talent management, and field-force initiatives on EM and corporate sides.
• Ensure HR delivery, reporting, and process governance across both streams.
• Support governance meetings and align people strategy with leadership.
