Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial role covering Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.
• Strong experience in Payroll governance, HR analytics, and digital transformation projects.
• Experience with budget planning and workforce costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Compensation & Benefits design, implementation, and reviews.
• Oversee payroll governance, accuracy, and compliance.
• Drive HR budget planning and workforce cost management.
• Own HR dashboards, KPIs, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Oversee HR digitalization, systems management, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure policy governance and process optimization across HR functions.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and governance standards.
