Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Phils.), Inc. is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Leader to design and implement market-competitive programs, oversee payroll governance, and drive HR analytics.

The role requires strong experience in compensation, benefits, budgeting, and regulatory compliance within a logistics context. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, a Master’s degree preferred, and 5+ years of solid experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage annual salary review, merit increases, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
• Oversee job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and compensation structure management.
• Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, retirement, wellness, and government-mandated benefits.
• Provide compensation recommendations for recruitment, promotions, transfers, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and DHL compensation governance.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll governance, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage payroll vendors and SLAs; review payroll reports and remittances.
• Prepare financial forecasts and workforce cost projections; coordinate with Finance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
