Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an HR Manager – Compensation & Benefits, Digitalization and HR Processes in the Philippines. You will lead compensation programs, oversee payroll governance, and drive HR analytics, reporting, and digital initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities include budget planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment with local labor laws and global governance standards. A senior level of HR experience and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong experience in compensation & benefits, payroll governance and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation and benefits design and review for market competitiveness.
• Oversee payroll governance, audits, and cost controls.
• Drive HR budgeting, forecasting and workforce costing.
• Own HR reporting, analytics and monthly submissions.
• Manage HR digitalization and system initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance.
