SM Supermalls in the Philippines seeks a seasoned HR leader to oversee talent management and align HR requirements with the business units. The role focuses on performance management, planning, and program implementation to drive productivity.

The candidate will ensure legal compliance and foster strong employee relations, leveraging extensive managerial experience in Human Resources and excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, philosophy, psychology, behavioral science, law or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
• High level of interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee implementation of direction from management.
• Align with the Business Unit heads on HR requirements.
• Oversee the proper implementation of the performance management process to ensure alignment of employees, resources, and systems with business objectives.
• Provide information as required, and participate in planning projects to develop and enhanceTalent Management framework.
• Ensure that proper implementation of talent management programs is established.
• Perform employee relations work to foster harmonious relationships and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory labor standards.
