• Administer employee relations, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and budgeting for HR across the organization.
• Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding to fill vacancies promptly.
• Administer labor relations, implement company policies and handle disciplinary actions.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, timekeeping and payroll support.
• Drive performance management and organizational development initiatives.
