Job summary

All About People Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an HR Manager (Generalist) to lead human resources in a manufacturing environment, covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training and HR administration.

The role oversees HR operations for both production and office staff, with a focus on leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement within a dynamic plant setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or similar field.
• At least 3 years as HR Manager in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Over 5 years of progressive HR experience across functions.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions to support manufacturing and office staff objectives.
• Manage recruitment for production, technical, supervisory and admin roles.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Foster positive employee relations and retention initiatives.
• Implement performance management processes and evaluations.
• Administer compensation & benefits programs and payroll coordination.
• Develop training and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, compliance and records accuracy.
• Supervise HR staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production leadership on workforce planning.
