Job summary

ADP Industries Corporation in the Philippines seeks an HR Manager / Officer to lead recruitment, employee relations and payroll support. The role requires knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, HR policies, confidentiality, and the ability to implement programs with integrity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field (MBA or units earned is a plus), 2–3 years HR experience, and strong communication and leadership skills to work with people at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in HRM/related field; MBA/units a plus.
• 2–3 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and labor laws.
• Understanding of HR policies and practices.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; HRIS/payroll systems an advantage.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented, analytical; able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in policy implementation, employee engagement, or HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership; relate well with all levels.
• Computer-literate, results-oriented, and self-driven.
• CHRP certification is an advantage but not required.
