Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an HR Manager to lead all HR functions for our Pangasinan operation, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations and alignment with site leadership. You will own talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and organizational development across multiple locations including external processing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or similar settings.
• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, payroll, and L&D.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment including workforce planning and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and employment standards.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, investigations, and industrial relations matters.
• Lead performance management, employee development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Monitor HR metrics and propose workforce improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders and external partners across locations.
• Travel to external sites as required to support HR activities.
