Job summary

Gingersnaps Philippines is seeking an HR Manager to oversee and elevate our HR operations in Metro Manila. You will align HR policies, systems, and practices with business goals, labor laws, and employee needs, acting as a trusted partner to management and staff.

The role focuses on building a compliant, positive, and productive workplace while supporting employee growth and organizational development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to general HR functions.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, rewards, performance management, training, and engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies complying with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition via job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, and sourcing channels.
Improve employee experience through engagement programs, effective communication, and retention initiatives.
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational goals.
Guide managers on HR policies, workplace concerns, discipline, and grievance handling.
