Job summary

ConnectOS in Manila is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Operations leaders and client stakeholders across global accounts. You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive engagement and ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, delivering high-performing teams.

You will coach leaders, analyse workforce data, support EVP initiatives, and partner with shared services to enhance employee experience and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years HR/People & Culture experience, incl. 4+ years leading HR teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employee relations.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with HRIS and workforce analytics for enterprise clients.
• Experience with Great Place to Work®, EVP, or employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders and client stakeholders to align People & Culture strategies with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance, engagement, development, retention, succession planning and offboarding.
• Analyse workforce data to drive engagement, retention and performance initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and resolve personnel matters per policies and Philippine law.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, change management and investigations.
• Support employer branding and EVP initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, company policies, audits and HR governance.
