Job summary

Savory Fastfood Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources strategy and operations. This full-time role oversees recruitment, employee relations, policy development and compliance to support our growth and maintain high talent standards.

You will drive talent acquisition, implement HR programs, manage records, and collaborate with senior management to anticipate staffing needs and align HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Human Resources management role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Conflict resolution and employee relations management experience.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding of new employees
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programmes
• Managing employee relations and handling grievances and performance issues
• Conducting performance management activities, including appraisals, goal-setting and development planning
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies across HR operations
• Managing HR records, databases and documentation in line with data protection standards
• Collaborating with senior management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning
