You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations, while partnering with managers on performance, leadership development, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
• Experience in the real estate or professional services industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: translate business goals into people strategies and design org changes.
• Talent Management: recruit, onboard, performance management, and succession planning.
• Employee Relations: advise on workplace policies, handle investigations and resolutions.
• Performance Management: guide goal setting, feedback, and reviews across teams.
• Learning and Development: identify training needs and support leadership development.
• Change Management: assess impact and build change readiness with leaders.
• HR Operations and Compliance: ensure policy application and HR systems accuracy.
• Data and Analytics: use metrics to inform business decisions and report key people insights.
