• Experience developing and facilitating training and team-building programs.
• Strong understanding of employee behavior, motivation, and workplace dynamics.
• Strong strategic HR and organizational development capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset with ability to identify opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
