MicroSourcing is seeking a People Business Partner Officer in Cebu to align people practices with business goals. The role operates within a matrix setup and partners with operational leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Strong business sense and HR best practices knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a matrix reporting structure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Align people practices with operational goals in a matrix structure.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and design.
• Deliver data-driven HR insights from monthly reports via People Shared Services.
• Lead change initiatives and coach leaders on performance and development.
• Ensure compliant, consistent HR processes at site/cluster level.
• Serve as liaison between business unit and People Shared Services.
