MicroSourcing is seeking a People Business Partner Officer in Cebu to align people practices with business goals. The role operates within a matrix setup and partners with operational leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.

You will translate strategy into actionable people initiatives with support from People Strategy and People Shared Services. You will coach leaders on performance, development, and change management while ensuring compliant HR processes and data-driven insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Strong business sense and HR best practices knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a matrix reporting structure is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Align people practices with operational goals in a matrix structure.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and design.
• Deliver data-driven HR insights from monthly reports via People Shared Services.
• Lead change initiatives and coach leaders on performance and development.
• Ensure compliant, consistent HR processes at site/cluster level.
• Serve as liaison between business unit and People Shared Services.
