Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Quezon City Head Office. This full-time, onsite role partners with senior leadership to align HR strategies with corporate objectives and drive organisational excellence in our construction and engineering operations.

You will lead talent management, workforce planning, and policy implementation while supporting recruitment, development, and engagement initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional HR experience, with 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
• Proven experience in consulting or generalist HR environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior leaders across organizational levels.
• Experience in workforce analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or large-scale projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and operations to understand business challenges and develop HR solutions that drive performance.
• Provide strategic guidance on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Support the implementation and management of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent for critical roles.
• Design and deliver employee development programs and leadership initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure consistency of HR practices across the business.
• Support engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
