Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Quezon City Head Office. This full-time, onsite role partners with senior leadership to align HR strategies with corporate objectives and drive organisational excellence in our construction and engineering operations.

You will lead talent management, workforce planning, and policy implementation while supporting recruitment, development, and engagement initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional HR experience, with 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
• Proven experience in consulting or generalist HR environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior leaders across organizational levels.
• Experience in workforce analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or large-scale projects is desirable.

About the role

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in supporting our business operations and driving organisational excellence. As HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring that human resources strategies are aligned with our corporate objectives. This role is fundamental to our ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent whilst maintaining a positive workplace culture across our construction and engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to understand business challenges and develop HR solutions that drive business performance and growth

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
• Proven experience in a consulting or generalist HR environment, demonstrating versatility across multiple HR functions
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent understanding of talent management, organizational development, and change management principles
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and all organizational levels
• Demonstrated experience in conducting workforce analysis and presenting data-driven recommendations
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience within the construction, engineering, or large-scale project-based industries is highly desirable
