Job summary

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a People Partner Associate to support daily People and Culture operations in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records, handle documentation, and process benefits while safeguarding confidential information.

Additionally, you will plan and facilitate at least one hour of employee engagement or HR-related activity as needed, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented HR environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Experience in processing government-mandated and company benefits.
• Familiarity with HR operations and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Handle document and records management, including proper filing, updating, and safeguarding confidential information.
• Process government-mandated and company-provided benefits, ensuring timely submissions.
• Plan and facilitate at least one hour of employee engagement or HR-related activity as needed.
