Responsibilities

• Source candidates by posting job vacancies across recruitment channels.
• Screen applicants on paper before initial interview.
• Conduct initial interviews and endorse candidates to the next interview stage.
• Prepare and issue job offers to selected candidates.
• Coordinate with selected candidates to complete pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate with HR Learning and OD for onboarding endorsement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly manpower updates.
