Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals and guide employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

You will support organizational change, workforce planning, and HR metrics analysis to drive informed decisions, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The role also emphasizes engagement, inclusion, and coaching of managers on leadership and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with HRIS and data analysis tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development
