Job summary

Dops Marketing Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in the Philippines.

You will lead recruitment, performance management, and employee relations for a 50–100 employee workforce, ensuring policy compliance and high engagement across the organization. You will partner with department managers, analyze HR metrics, coach talent, and contribute to succession planning in a fast-paced environment such as e-commerce, retail, or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Experience supporting a workforce of 50–100 employees or more.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and hiring experience.
• Experience in performance management, KPI monitoring, probationary evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Proven experience handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or other fast-paced industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department managers to support business and workforce objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage performance management processes, including KPI monitoring, probationary evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and hiring data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support employee development through coaching, talent management, and succession planning.
• Provide HR guidance and recommendations to managers on people-related concerns.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
