Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• MBA or related Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and engagement.
• Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.
• Lead or support employee relations cases in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with COEs on compensation & benefits, learning, and talent acquisition.
